Over the past few weeks we have been sending surveys out to customers that have recently placed an order at www.magicshop.co.uk to see how they found the experience. As we build and develop the website, this sort of feedback is really valuable to us as it shows us what visitors like and don’t like about the experience. We have a ton of data and feedback comments to go through and will be publishing the results as we process them, as well as suggestions for improvements we have received.
As a direct result of feedback, we already have a development plan in progress including an improved loyalty point system, faster shipping, and a complete overhaul of the checkout process, making it as easy as possible for visitors to use the site. We would love you comments too!!
One of the most pleasing results from the survey was the customer satisfaction scores, it blew the team away! It’s really nice to receive feedback like this and is really motivating us to push further forward in trying to give the best customer service experience possible from an online magic shop. We think it should be just as much fun to order from our website as when a customer visits our bricks and mortar magic shop. Getting a great result of 98.2% of customers saying that they would be happy to recommend us to their family and friends gives us an awesome feeling.
