The Merchant of Magic loves happy customers, but we realise that sometimes it’s possible that customers may change their minds about a magic trick after ordering it. UK Distance Selling Regulations give every consumer 7 days to change their mind and return an item, but we don’t think that’s good enough service.
You may have a busy week and be unable to get to a post office to return the package to us. So how about 365 days instead of just 7? We think that’s much more handy!
Example: If you purchase on the 29th Feb of a leap year, then you have until 29th Feb the following leap year to return those orders. That’s four whole years. Yay!
