Last weekend’s magic convention THE SESSION was a great success! Both myself and Ben Williams attended as one of the few dealers invited to the event. Not only did we enjoy meeting many of our regular online customers (It’s great to put faces to the names) but we loved the lectures too! The Alan Ackermans lecture was the highlight for us, SUPERB MAGIC!!
The real hit item at The Session was our very own DVD release ‘Labelled’. As this was an event for serious close up performers, we had a feeling that this would be the case. Ben demonstrated it all day long and our only regret was we wish we had brought more copies with us (DOH!!)

This week we have PACKED the shop with new items. Our favorites have to be Steve Bedwell’s excellent DVD ‘Taped’ – Linking Laces for a great impromptu effect and the book ‘Designing Illusions’ by Darwin Ortiz, the follow-on to one of the best magic books ever written on the subject of improving the presentation of magic – ‘Strong Magic’.
