How the Magic Shop is Doing with Customer Service

Yes, yes, we know it's bad form to pat ourselves on the back, but we just can't help it… The team at the magic shop love what we do, and feel lucky that our customers allow us to keep going. Every time we get a nice email from a happy customer it makes our day. Seriously, It just feels WRONG to hit the 'archive' button in Gmail and file it forever..
