The team at The Merchant of Magic want your online visit to be as close to the experience you would get when you visit our bricks and mortar magic shop. So…  We are trialing our new video call service. Not sure how well it will work for customers yet, as Broadband speeds are not great in the UK for some customers, but we have decided to give it a go for a month and see how it works out. It’s a great way for iPhone or Mac users to call us free when they are near a wifi connection, and allows our magicians to give one to one customer service ‘in person’.

If the trail goes well, we may also add a similar service for customer that still use PC’s 🙂
