Depending the situation i am in i rotate between this too.
Though to be perfect honest i lean towards the infinity v3 a little more cause its completely examinable!
The iarvel can pass brief examination but if the spectator fiddle a bit with it he will know its not a normal watch.
If i have a table i use my infinity but if i am strolling or on stage i actually use the iarvel as a part of an influence routine. Without ever telling them about the watch i ask about a memory of theirs and what time it happened. Then after they name the time i secretly under misdirection set the watch with the remote and when i am set i point to my wrist and say. Since tge beginning of the show my watch is frozen in one time. And i reveal, they lose their mind and since i am wearing it and never point to it until the reveal there is no heat at all, and since you are wearing it the whole time nobody will ever ask you to take it off to examine*
